About Our Attorney
Nimrode Pantz is an experienced business and immigration law attorney and counsel, advising domestic and international companies and individuals. Mr. Pantz’s practice focuses on business immigration law matters with an emphasis on technology startup companies and entrepreneurs setting up operations in the United States. His clients operate in a variety of industry sectors including software & information technology, cybersecurity, telecommunication, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, defense, crypto-currency, financial service and professional consulting. Mr. Pantz has extensive experience representing domestic and international clients in all types of business nonimmigrant petitions and applications before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) and the U.S. Department of State (DOS). He routinely counsels clients’ management and human-resource executives on corporate relocations, non-immigrant work visas, employment-based immigrant visas of global workforce. He has substantial experience submitting employment visas based on bi-national treaties executed by the U.S. with respect to the exchange of trade (E-1 Treaty Trader) or investments in a U.S. business (E-2 Treaty Investor). He also advises entrepreneurs and high-tech start-up companies on non-immigrant work visas for foreign key-personnel. Mr. Pantz' passion to practice immigration derive from his personal experiences emigrating to the United States from Israel, the “Start-up Nation”. He had always wanted to assist companies expand into the U.S. market and become a part of the ecosystem that supports technology start-up companies. As an immigrant himself, Mr. Pantz experienced firsthand the cumbersome of the U.S. immigration systems and relates to the clients’ challenges and hardships during the complex immigration process. Mr. Pantz is also well-versed with the specific legal challenges facing our clients as they launch U.S. operations. He regularly advises clients on corporate and compliance matters, choice of entity matters, formation and relevant corporate resolutions and other documents.
